Webayt Admin Panel Basic Usage Guide

Webayt CMS offers a comprehensive admin panel that allows you to manage your website from a single interface. This guide will provide brief descriptions of the panel's core components and steps for initial setup.
1. Modules Tab
The Modules menu on the left side of the panel manages the components you add to your site. Each module helps you add a specific type of content:
- Slider Module: Used to add rotating images to any page of your website. Go to “Modules → Slider”, click the Add button, enter a title and link, select the area you want to group the images in, and upload the image. You can determine the display order by entering a sequence number.
- Sectional Slider Module: Works similarly to add banners to different page sections of your site. You select the group for each banner to appear on.
- Banner Module: Manages advertising or promotional images that will appear in various areas of your site. Banners can be assigned to specific pages or areas using groups.
- Logo Module: Used to list reference or sponsor logos. Simply enter the image, link, and sorting information.
- Feature Module: Working in conjunction with the Package module, this section allows you to create the feature titles you want to list for each package. For example, features such as "Mobile-Friendly Design" and "SEO Support" can be added.
- Package Module: Manages your service packages and their pricing. When creating a package, enter the name, price, and emphasis status; then, in the lines below, select the features belonging to that package and determine the order of each.
- FAQ Module: Allows you to enter questions and answers on topics your visitors are curious about. Each question is assigned to a group and displayed on the relevant pages.
- Reference Module: Used to list customer reviews or business partners with visuals and brief descriptions.
- Comments Module: This section allows you to add user feedback or customer testimonials. You can add a comment by filling in the name, company, comment text, and image fields in the form.
- Social Media Module: Manages the social media links that will be displayed at the top or bottom of your website. You need to enter the FontAwesome class for the icon and the URL.
- Custom Content Module: Creates custom HTML or rich text blocks that you can add to your pages. After naming the content and adding your text to the editor, you can save it and use it with a shortcode.
- Dynamic Form Module: Creates contact and quote forms used on your website. The main list screen displays existing forms in a table; each form includes its name, the text of the button visible to the user, its group, order, and status information. To add a form, go to the "Add Dynamic Form " tab and fill in the Form Name (visible only in the panel), Button Text (to be displayed on the button that submits the form), Order , and Group fields, and mark the form as open/closed. After saving the form, go to the form fields page using the "View Fields" link. On this screen, for each field: Field Type (Short Text, Long Text, Drop-down List, Single Selection, Multiple Selection, etc.), Data Type in text fields (Text, Number, Email, Phone), Label to be displayed to the user, Placeholder text, Width of the field on the page (Full, Half, or One-Third), Order , and whether the field is Required are determined. Options in selection fields are added with a comma or the Enter key. You can edit or delete each field you add from the field list. Responses sent to the forms you created can be tracked from the Dynamic Form Messages tab in the Messages menu.
