The Dynamic Form Messages section in the Webayt admin panel is used to view responses sent via forms created with the Dynamic Form Module. When a visitor submits a dynamic form, the response is listed in the admin panel and also sent as an email notification to site administrators.

The records displayed in this section are form responses sent via the Dynamic Form Module added to your website. For detailed information on creating dynamic forms, adding form fields, and editing form settings, please refer to the " How to Use the Dynamic Form Module?" guide.

Thanks to the Dynamic Form Messages section, you can track responses from quotation forms, support requests, application forms, or other forms you've created directly from the panel.

Where can I access dynamic form messages?

To view responses submitted via dynamic forms, you can follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Webayt admin panel.
  2. Open the Messages menu from the left-hand menu.
  3. Click the Dynamic Form Messages link.
  4. On the screen that opens, you can view the messages received through dynamic forms in a list.

What information is included in the Dynamic Form Messages List?

In the Dynamic Form Messages screen, incoming form responses are listed in a table. This table shows which form the message was sent from, the form language, the sending date, and the action options.

The list screen generally displays the following information:

  • Status: Shows the status of the message in the system.
  • Form Language: Indicates the language in which the form was submitted.
  • Form Name: Indicates which dynamic form the response was sent from.
  • Date: Shows the date and time the form response was submitted.
  • View Message: Used to view the details of the form response.
  • Delete: Used to delete the relevant form response.

What does Form Language mean?

The Form Language field in the Dynamic Form Messages list indicates the language in which the form was completed and submitted.

If your website uses multiple languages, you can see which language page the visitor submitted the form from in this field. This information is particularly useful for accurately evaluating incoming requests on multilingual sites.

How to Search via Message?

You can search among incoming form responses using the search field located on the Dynamic Form Messages screen.

The search field helps you more quickly find a specific form name, submission date, or related record, especially on sites with a large number of form responses.

Will I receive an email notification when a dynamic form message arrives?

Yes. When one of the dynamic forms on your website is submitted, the system automatically sends an email notification to the site administrators.

This notification allows you to quickly receive information about responses to requests for proposals, support applications, or custom forms.

However, all submitted form responses are also logged in the admin panel. Therefore, even if you receive email notifications, it is recommended that you regularly check the incoming records in the Messages → Dynamic Form Messages screen.

How to view message details?

To view the details of a dynamic form message, you can click the View Message button located on the relevant row.

The message details window displays the fields the visitor filled out on the form and their responses to those fields. Since fields in dynamic forms are created as needed, the information displayed in the message details may vary depending on the form structure.

For example, a quotation form might include information such as the following:

  • Name Surname
  • Company Name
  • Telephone
  • Email
  • Website
  • Message
  • Approval

These fields are generated based on the form fields previously defined in the relevant dynamic form. Therefore, the message details do not have to be the same for every form.

What information is displayed in the message details?

The message details window lists the form response information in an organized manner. Each line contains the label of the form field and the visitor's response to that field.

The details window also displays information about the language and date the form was submitted. This allows you to easily track the language and date of the form response.

To close the details window, you can use the Close button within the window or the close icon in the upper right corner.

Deleting Messages

Dynamic form messages that are no longer needed can be removed using the Delete button on the list screen.

Before deleting, it is recommended that you ensure the relevant form response is no longer needed. Deleted messages may not be viewable again later.

The Difference Between Dynamic Form Messages and Communication Messages

In the Webayt panel , Communication Messages and Dynamic Form Messages display form submissions from various sources.

  • Communication Messages: Displays messages sent via the standard contact form.
  • Dynamic Form Messages: Displays responses from custom forms created with the Dynamic Form Module.

To view messages from the standard contact form, use the Messages → Contact Messages screen; to view responses from custom-created dynamic forms, use the Messages → Dynamic Form Messages screen.

What should be considered when tracking dynamic form responses?

Dynamic form responses can contain important records such as requests for proposals, support applications, information requests, or custom application forms. Therefore, it is recommended to check this field regularly.

  • Check new form responses regularly.
  • Open the message details to review all the information the visitor submitted.
  • Please evaluate the form based on its language and submission date.
  • Contact the user via email or phone if necessary.
  • Regularly clean up records that have been answered or are no longer needed.

Summary

The Dynamic Form Messages section is used to display responses received from forms created using the Dynamic Form Module in the Webayt CMS.

Incoming responses are listed in the Messages → Dynamic Form Messages screen. This screen displays the form name, form language, submission date, and action options. The "View Message" button allows you to review the details of the form response and delete records you no longer need.
